My relationship started with Brookside/Amplify at a very young age. My father, Joe Nester, was an active consultant since before I was born so that made Brookside a household name for our family. I remember going to the conferences as a young child and making friends with other consultants’ children. When I was in high school, I started attending the actual meetings and was opened up to what Brookside/Amplify actually is. They are an extraordinary group unlike any other, and the crazy thing is that they are all ordinary people. They are just people that want to help others make good decisions and they are willing to share their thoughts and experiences with the rest of the group. That is what makes them extraordinary, the true, sincere, desire to help their customers and fellow consultants become the best that they can be. Seeing this level of authenticity and togetherness at the conference made me think of how much more like a family or team the consultant network is than just a professional organization, and I wanted to be a part of it.

I studied agronomy and agribusiness at The Ohio State University while working for Nester Ag in the summers. After I graduated, I became a consultant and now I am building experience and skills that will help me help customers and consultant alike.
