I started BCS, LLC in 1998 as an independent crop consulting business serving over 35,000 acres working out of the basement of my home. In order to provide better service and the best products to my customers at a fair price, and without outside influences, I have successfully grown BCS, LLC into a full-service ag retail company serving over 140,000 acres with four locations in Arrowsmith, IL, Chenoa, IL, Gibson City, IL, and McLean, IL with a total of 30 full-time employees to meet those customer’s customers’ needs.

I graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Agriculture in 1994. I have been married to my wife, Kimberly, for 29 years. Kimberly is in charge of Human Resources and Payroll for BCS, LLC. We have two children together who are both involved in the company. Kolton, who is a full-time Customer Service Rep, for BCS, LLC and Kourtney, who is a freshman in college and handles all seed and seed treatment administrative duties for BCS, LLC. When we are not at work, we like to spend time with family and with our two fox-red labs, Baxter and Berkley. In addition, and in order to decompress, we enjoy getting away to either Panama City Beach, Orlando, or Miami, Florida where we have three vacation rental properties.
